Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clear subscription terms for GovBidLens plans and trials.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel online through the Manage billing button in your GovBidLens account. Cancel before the trial or renewal date shown by Stripe to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access ordinarily remains available through the end of the current billing period.

Seven-day trial

Eligible plans may include a seven-day trial. Unless you cancel before the date shown at checkout, Stripe will charge the displayed monthly price and the subscription will renew monthly until canceled. Creating multiple accounts does not create eligibility for repeated trials.

Refunds

Subscription charges are generally nonrefundable because access is provided immediately, except where required by law. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or a material failure to provide paid access. Submit the request promptly through our contact form and include the account email and charge date.

Price changes

If a subscription price changes, we will provide advance notice when required. The new price will apply to a future renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
